Thats why i am here. Although the monitor question is aimed at the Business support as i was told that it was a commercial unit, even though i bought it in a shop as a consumer and amazon sells the exact monitor too.

I am EXTREMELY frustrated. I, too have been an HP customer for many years and must say that this is the first time I've thought about never logging onto this site again.I thought the offer for the "free" online classes for help with several of the applications was a wonderful idea, until I trid to access one and it shut my browser, IE, down. No matter what I do I don't have access to the classes. Can I get some help with this offer? It sure would come in handy as I spent a bundle already on the laptop itself and wouldn't be able to "purchase" pricey software. Thanks ahead of time for your help.
