Hi Kalervo

The fastest processor for your computer is 2.8 GHz pentium IV Northwood with 400 MHz FSB for 478 slot. It is quite rare and difficult to get. You can get easyer 2.4 or 2.6 GHz processor.

Maximum is 2 Gb. You must use 512 Mb PC800 modules in matched pairs. These pairs can also are of different size. They are quite expensive. Look here:
