the official troubleshooting for the z200 says the following:
110—Out of memory space for option ROMs Option ROM for a device could not run because of memory constraints.
Run the Computer Setup (F10) Utility to disable unneeded option ROMs, and to enable ACP1/USB Buffers at Top of Memory.
however there is no option to "enable ACP1/USB Buffers" anywhere in my BIOS. i have also attempted to disable the onboard video via bios since my z200 came with a video card, but every time the system reboots it is reenabled.

Have you tried defaulting the BIOS and taking out all add-on cards?
I don't remember all the standard ROM devices on a Z200 - pretty sure Ethernet is on them - if you don't use it to boot from or for a remote wake up, you can disable it.
(if my post was helpful, please "mark as a solution" or give "kudos" - thanks)

The error message is related to the option memory space. Please troubleshoot as follows: 1. The original system configuration HP shipped will not have this problem. You might insert add-on cards. Please remove any add-on cards except the video card. Test it. 2. Some video BIOS has reduced the option memory space usage. Please make sure if the latest video BIOS is updated. 3. Add one card only and then test it. And then add other card... This will help to identify what's causing the problem.

I had the same problem. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Start or restart the computer.
- Press the F10 key when the F10=Setup message appears on screen.
- Select the appropriate language option.
- Press the Enter key.
- Select the Advanced menu.
- Select Power-On Options .
- Set the ACPI/USB Buffers @ Top of Memory setting to Enable .
- Select File > Save Changes and Exit .
- Press the ENTER key.
- Press F10 to save the changes and exit the F10 Setup utility.

updating the bios is actually what triggered this for me on the z420 workstation I have.
There is no advanced option for the buffers at top of memory, and so far I can't find a way to may my system bootable again (Unless I'm actually sitting at the console, which is a non-starter).

I was having this same issue after adding another OCZ Revo Drive to a Z600. I disabled the NIC PXE Download ROM and SATA RAID Download Rom and the error is no longer displayed.
