HP 7600 SFF microprocessor upgrade

I like to know if is possible to upgrade the microprocessor of HP DC 7600 SFF to an Intel VPro Processor.

Hi, 

if I want to upgrade my dc7600 ssf with a pentium D proseccor, can I just replace the CPU or do I have to do more? jumpers etc.?

Can anyone tell me if there is a 340W power supply that fits the ssf case? What is the type number?

Hi: 

I can answer your first question.

You can upgrade to the Pentium D 950 or 945 if you are running BIOS version 1.59 or newer. That is all you need to do other than to replace the processor. If you need to flash the BIOS you must disable or uninstall your antivirus program or your A/V program can interrupt your BIOS flash and kill your PC.

If you get the 945 I recommend you get the one with the sSpec of SL9QQ. I know that one works because that is the one I upgraded my dc7600 CMT with.
