Wanting a thin client for SSH purposes

[ Edited ]

Heya,

I am wondering if there is a HP prdouct that can do the following:

A) Boot up and open an SSH session via VT100/WYSE60 or some similiar protocol to a server via DNS obtained IP address.

B) Be small, lightweight and robust.

I am looking at replacing a legacy Linux based LTSP project with a more secure environment, but don't want to have the workstations rely on an LTSP server. They need to boot up on their own (Solid state preferred), and just open SSH to a given address obtained via DNS.

Any info appreciated.
