After updating t510 to version T6X43101, the client cannot apply anymore my profile.xml settings. I updated Smart Zero Client Services to 4.3.1 and I can select Z6X431.. in the Profile Editor but the settings are not applied, the auto-update.log displays :
A new Profile has been found.
A new MAC based profile for c8cbb8347444 has been found.
Downloaded /PersistentProfile/profile.xml from server
Downloaded /PersistentProfile/MAC/c8cbb8347444.xml from server
The profile's target doesn't match the local platform
Error: Profile 'profile.xml' installation failed!
An error has occured during automatic update!
My c8cbb8347444.xml starts with :
What should be between the Target tags for my t510 ? I checked in the diagnostics.tgz file but did not find what the Client was looking for...

i would not use the profile editor for this..
first thin you need to know is which edition you want to use..
i use thinpro, not smart zero.
here's a part of my profile.xml:
hope that helps.
by the way: T6X in the image name means it's a thinpro image, if you would like to use SmartZero, you should install a Z6X image..

Sorry, not out of trouble yet!
If youa re not using the Profile editor, i assume youa re using a text editor to change the profile.xml file?
we are using Smart Zero Client. Where does the Version info come from?
Where is the Profile.xml file stored on the thin Client?
Thanks in advance.
