DNS Server is not responding

I am receiving a message that says "Your computer appears to be configured correcly, but the device os resource (DNS Server) is not responding".  This is the only computer that is experiencing this issue out of 6 on the home network.  This computer is able to connect to the home router, but no further.  All other computers on the network are able to connect to the Internet.  From this computer, I can see the other computers on the home network.  I have changed ports on the home router.  I have changed cabling for this computer.  I recently added a wireless adapter for this computer, and is successfully connected to the home network, but I still cannot access the Internet.

Does the ip address of the DNS server setup correctly? You can check this by using the command "ipconfig /all".


Does the DNS server reachable? Does it response for the PING command?
