Can HP Device Manager change BIOS settings on Thin clients?

Pretty much as the title says, I would like to be able to push out some BIOS settings to the thin clients. (primarily the boot order and disable some boot options)

any ideas?

Re: Can HP Device Manager change BIOS settings on Thin clients?

Depending on the  operating system of the t510 thin client, you may be able to use a file and registry task to issue a repset command to configure certain settings. Please refer to the following support document for details:

Re: Can HP Device Manager change BIOS settings on Thin clients?

Thanks!
The t510 i am using has a WES7 OS.
Can you provide some links as to where this tool is and how to go about it. I found a repsetXP tool in the HPDM repository. Is this what I should use?

Re: Can HP Device Manager change BIOS settings on Thin clients?

You should be able to user the BIOS configuration utility (repset) from the t5570e thin client on the t510 thin client with WES 7 for the basic options as outlined in the previous support document. You can find it here:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12...

Please be sure to test changes to a single thin client first before deployment.
