14020192, Error Detail: Image file not found on FTP repository

I've been imaging t610's in batches of 7. Everytime 1 Thin Client fails with this error while the others complete without a hitch:

 

2013-06-03 11:22:45	Map repository to: Master Repository
2013-06-03 11:22:45	Successfully sent task to the Device Management Gateway
2013-06-03 11:22:48	Task has been retrieved by the Agent.
2013-06-03 11:22:58	Task has been retrieved by the Agent.
2013-06-03 11:24:55	Task has been retrieved by the Agent.
2013-06-03 11:25:27	Task has been retrieved by the Agent.
2013-06-03 11:30:18	Task has been retrieved by the Agent.
2013-06-03 11:30:22	Deploy image using repository Master Repository.
2013-06-03 11:30:22	Image file not found on ShareFolder repository.
2013-06-03 11:30:22	Failed to execute common task.
2013-06-03 11:30:22	ErrorCode: 14020192, Error Detail: Image file not found on FTP repository.
2013-06-03 11:30:22	Failed to execute common task.
2013-06-03 11:30:22	ErrorCode: 14020192, Error Detail: Image file not found on FTP repository.

 Even if I try again when the other 6 are finished it fails with this error. Any ideas?

Does it everytime fail with a different unit?
What does the ftp log show?

Nothing it's all being done using the Windows Share. I've had 2 thin clients now which failed, even when trying to image them one by one.

Please open a support case with HP for further investigation.

 

They will need the following log files to investigate this further:

Troubleshooting

·        Server log

o        C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Device Manager\Server\logs\hpdm-server.log

 

·        Gateway log

o        C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Device Manager\Gateway\Gateway.log

including all following gateway logs like gateway.1, etc.

 

·        Gateway config

o        C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Device Manager\Gateway\Gateway.cfg

 

·        Console log

o        C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Device Manager\Console\logs\hpdm-console.log

 

·        Agent log

o        On device

o        Location varies per device OS\model

o        ThinPro: /writable/etc/hpdmagent/agent.log + child.log

o        XPe/WES: C:\Windows\XPeAgent\agent.log + child.log

o        CE: \Hard Disk\Program Files\Agent 

 

·        Master Repository Controller Config File

o        C:\Program Files\HP\HP Device Manager\MasterRepositoryController\Controller.conf
