zx2000: system board replaced, not booting.

Hello!

One question: are there any known issues about motherboard replacement for rx/zx machines? Instead of my completely defunct zx2000 sys.board rev. J, I installed one of rev. F, which is claimed to work by the seller, all other enviroment is proven to be OK, even the CPU chip was changed from Madison to McKinley to avoid any problem with old firmware. However, the system is not booting, signaling "Firmware Error", BMC says "Power is ON, Fans OK, System Firmware Hang". Maybe there is a hidden ID value residing somewhere in the chassis which is incompatible with one known to the motherboard firmware?

Thank you in advance for any advice.

Regards,

Valery

Interestingly, when I press the power button, the first 2-3 sec fans seem to be louder than they were with my old motherboard, raising the suspicion that the system from which this mb was pulled was a rackmount one.
