Re: c8000 not booting

Hi,

is a graphics card installed?
Re-check the right installation, check the external power of the card.
Re-check keyboard and mouse.

Re: c8000 not booting

Your system says

"WARNING:  No graphics or serial consoles were found on this system."

but you told

No graphics card installed in the system, no keyboard mouse is connected. but still facing the same problem.

Well, sounds OK. The system cannot find a card, if none is installed. Where is the problem?

You should set the console path in BCH to serial to avaiod the warning message.

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: c8000 not booting

For peoples who have this problem, You should just put the serial A in ON mode, follow this in the main menu

Service Menu: Enter command > ser se A on

then reboot
