We also have the same problem. We would like to know if anyone knows a supplier of the AC power supply here in the Philippines.

One of my B2600's in the lab just croaked, basically it just wont boot, fans spin up and then stops. I suspect the PSU, and am very very close to dropping in a regular run of the mill ATX PSU as a last ditch effort to resurrect this hardware. Does anyone have any insight?
If I decide to try it I will update accordingly with my results.

If fans spin up then normally it couldn't be the psu.
What is displayed at the lcd?
Also, neither a atx psu will fit nor can any atx connector be used.
Mainboard and disk rack have very unique connectors.
I would suggest to look at ebay.
I gave several of my old ones to an ebay reseller.

as soon as the power cable is plugged in, the lcd displays blocks on the top half of it. Sometimes the lcd will flash green, most of the time nothing happens. When the power button is pressed, generally nothing happens, but every now and then it will flash green a few times and then either stop and power down, or very rarely, I have seen it begin to boot, but then stops seconds later. When this happens, there are what appear to be normal boot messages displayed, nothing out of the ordinary.
I tried the following:
Swapping power cables, removing and re-attaching internal power connectors, removing and re-seating all components besides the CPU ( RAM, hard disks, PCI cards ). And finally, using compressed air, cleaning out the entire chasis and DIMM/PCI slots.
There are no visible blown capacitors, transistors, or integrated ciruits on the motherboard, no smell of burnt components.
Could a bad component be causinfg this? if this were the case, wouldn't the system boot and run its self tests untill it got to that bad component? I am at a loss.

For me it sounds like the white power button hangs - I already had this issue.
Try the same without the front bezel.
