I am running HP-UX 11.11 on a 785/B2600 with 2x256MB DIMMs.
I would like to run a higher version of HP-UX, but I can't run the install because 512MB of RAM is not enough, so I bought 4x1GB DIMMs (A6016A) which can be installed according to the manuals.
However the workstation does not accept the DIMMs.
I have searched the Internet and learned that I should upgrade the firmware to 1.4 and install a Hardware Enablement Bundle.
The last one I can't find.
Does anyone know which HWE I should install to enable the 1GB DIMMs and where I can find it?

Actually my question is how to get the 1GB DIMMs working in the B2600.
I found that I should install the Hardware Enablement Bundle, but so far I haven't found the bundle.
Any idea which bundle I should install and wher I can find it?

But for software updates for HP-UX 11.11 you need a support contract, then you get anything from:
You need to login separately!
This would be the exact link, but I don`t know if it works:
