[SOLVED] B2600 : fail to boot : blinking LCD display

[ Edited ]

hi all,

A b2600 station has failed to boot :

LCD display was : INI 3001 SYS BD PDH control ini & then nothing more even after many many many time...

The user called local support to check it ; I try to  boot but then LCD is just blinking "without text : just  full blocks", & fans seems to start & stop at same rythm...

This should be a motherboard issue ?

This should be a power module issue ?

Any other Ideas ?

Re: B2600 : fail to boot : blinking LCD display

I would suspect the system board as fan control, power managment and reset control are all a part of this board.  Of course, you should try to bring the system down to a minimal config to see if the symptoms change.

Re: B2600 : fail to boot : blinking LCD display

Thanks for the help,

We change the power module, this morning, it works well now.

All fans are OK, boot is OK.
