B2600 Crashing

I have attached the output of my B2600 crashing along with the PIM output.  Can anyone help me diagnose what is wrong with my system.  I am not able to understand the registers.

 

The only piece of information that stands out  is:

 

A Data I/O Fetch Timeout occurred while CPU 0 was
requesting information from a device at the path 10/1/3/4/0 (PCI slot 3).

 

But I don't know if this is a system board error, I/O card error, or I/O card cage board error.

Hi,

do you have a support contract?
Then you could send the informations from directory /var/adm/crash.
If there exist files, you can try what mentioned here:

What is at PCI slot 3?

Maybe it helps if you use mstm/cstm/xstm (your choice here) and look for broken hardware.
