Re: Error log:CIM_ERR_INVALID_CLASS,help!

The icodd is requesting NP_NParDynamicProfile information from the cimserver (= the WBEM information server on HP-UX), but the cimserver does not have that information. Icodd is logging the errors because it is not getting the information it wants.

Find the version number of your iCAP (Instant Capacity) software using the "swlist" command. Then find the documentation for that version at:

http://www.hp.com/go/virtualization-manuals

Find the installation pre-requisites of your iCAP version and check that all of them are satisfied: my first guess is that your current iCAP version requires a cimserver patch or some other WBEM update, and that patch or update is not installed on your system.

You posted this to the NonStop server section of the forums, which has nothing to do with HP-UX. I'll ask the moderators to move this thread to the HP-UX section.
