The 64Mb *PCI* Pine Excalubur GeForce 2 Mx400 + TV Out from here is a decent choice:
If you like to use a particular retailer then any PCI card with an Nvidia or ATI chipset will be fine. As a general rule avoid any card which are bottom of the Geforce ranges (Eg Geforce 2MX 200) and only buy Radeon models (If buying ATI).

Your video card should be in the slot (Nvidia TNT2TM 64
32MB dedicated video memory) according to HP's information on the site. It depends on the vendor of the motherboard (probably Asus)and if you have an AGP slot you don't have to buy a pci card. PCI cards are "older" and often less performant than the AGP cards.
