In brief, I have a bad DIMM. I had to send the entire unit (Pavilion) back to HP in Ontario. They did not fix the issue. All they did was wipe out all of my software modifications. When I contacted them again about the same issue (bad DIMM), HP support centre wanted me to ship the entire unit back to them a second time (this is 10 days before Christmas). I want to complain directly to HP for their bad service, not to sub-contacted call centres who are not responsible for this bad service. Please forward me contact information for HP.
