HP a1600n - Issues adding more RAM

I have an HP a1600n PC running Vista x64. I have 2 1GB sticks of Crucial DDR2-667, non-ECC, unbuffered, PC2-5300 RAM installed and just got another 2 sticks. I bought the exact kit (Part #: CT625259) from Crucial that is already in the system. I took out the current sticks and compared them and they match exactly. When I add all 4 sticks the computer will not boot. I get no BIOS information on the monitor and a BIOS error beep. The new memory is fine when installed alone as is the old memory. According to HP the motherboard is a ASUS A8M2N-LA (HP name NodusM3-GL8E). It will support 4 GB of PC 4200 (533 MHz) or PC2 5300 (667 MHz) DDR2, non-ECC, unbuffered DIMMs. I have the latest BIOS installed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
