Windows 7 upgrade and bios problem

I have a customer with an H/p Advent

OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1.7600 Build 7600 Other OS Description  Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation
System Manufacturer HP Pavilion
System Type x64-based PC Processor AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+, 2200 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date Phoenix Technologies, LTD 3.47, 3/3/2006 SMBIOS Version 2.4 Windows Directory C:\Windows System Directory C:\Windows\system32 Boot Device \Device\HarddiskVolume1 Locale United States Hardware Abstraction Layer Version = "6.1.7600.16385" User  Time Zone Eastern Daylight Time Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 2.00 GB Total Physical Memory 2.00 GB Available Physical Memory 1.29 GB Total Virtual Memory 4.00 GB Available Virtual Memory 3.01 GB Page File Space 2.00 GB Page File C:\pagefile.sys

I installed windows 7 to up grade it because the Image on the partition was corrupt and H/P or the customer did not have a restore CD. Now I have lost the bios menu and the post test . I have to press f2 to load the windows 7 system and can't change the boot because I can't get into the boot menu. Original system was windows IP media addition.

Also I can't install the Radeon 1900 GTO Catalyst control video drivers either.
