Also, I cannot print ANYTHING in a TEXT BOX using word.
I can select any number of copies, but the printer will only print 1 copy at a time, which is annoying and very Time consuming.
Can anyone help me please.

Try the driver found here:
http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search
The bottom two (marked Windows 7 only) are the 32-bit drivers. If you need 64 bit drivers, click on the other ones and look for the ones showing architecture = AMD64 (not IA64).
Make a great day!

Thanks for this info'; it seems to have solved the "multiple printing" problem, but the printer still does not like Windows 7 !!
If I open a file with any photo's or text boxes it refuses to recognise them; it I click 'Print Preview' it MIGHT show the complete file but prints all except the contentsd of the text box !!!
Regards, Charlie.

I wrote it in another topic with support for windows 7 64/32 but here it may help too with text boxes.

Hello everyone.
I found my solution for our problem with this printer.
HP Business Inkjet 2800 dtn seems to have the same issue as memory lack in a laser printers. In my case it printed piece of * when a print reached max PPI (driver isn’t able to lower quality of an image)
After two days of searching: let’s say we do have 2800 + duplex and second tray as said in dtn shortcut
1 tray – A3 420x297 [mm] why in first tray? I will explain
2 tray – A4 210x297 [mm]
For very fast A3 printing use driver for HP Officejet k7100 series delivered by Microsoft. Wide prints but this driver do not have secondary tray (seen in his properties but it doesn’t work for 2800dtn) If you do not have secondary tray it will be enough for you to read.
Since we have A3 prints in tray 1 and everything is fine. Put A4 in tray 2 and install second driver as for HP Business Inkjet 3000 PCL6 (brought to you as well with Windows Update)
Very important thing – you will have to set up in your printer that tray 1 contains A3 paper and second tray – A4 paper. Next – in property panel of this driver set source as tray: automatic (printer) else didn’t work in my case.
Last important thing: USB works as ment to be with those two drivers but I don’t know if my two network cards don’t work or I have bad luck with it. Sometimes works with my network cards but when?
In the end you should have two drivers/two printers in windows „printers and devices” panel named:
„A3 USB k7100 tray 1” (I named it so) or something like that on port USB1(or 2,3,4…)
„A4 USB 3000 tray 2” port USB1 (or 2,3,4…)
Sorry if there were some language mistakes. Hope it helped and greetings from Poland."
