While trying to open the WebInspect application10.1 on my Windows 7 machine, it got crashed with the following error,
"WebInspect has stopped working. A problem caused the program to working correctly. Please close the program."
When examined the event logs, found the folowing error logs over there.
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException
at System.RuntimeType.GetType(System.String, Boolean, Boolean, Boolean, System.Threading.StackCrawlMark ByRef)
Faulting application name: WebInspect.exe, version: 10.1.177.0, time stamp: 0x51a8ff1a
Faulting module name: clr.dll, version: 4.0.30319.18444, time stamp: 0x52717e84
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP WebInspect\WebInspect.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\clr.
After this, I upgraded the .NET framework to 4.5.1 and it was working fine for sometime. Later on i re-started my machine and again started facing the above problem with same error logs
Anyone's help in resolving this problem is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

It seems that something has corrupted or altered the registration of one or more of your DLLs used by WebInspect. Sometimes a reinstall of the same version of WebInspect on top of the current install will re-register everything for you, especially with the relatively recent "Repair" option.
