This almost seems like an installation error. Does the machine have the proper prerequisites, especially .NET? Have these errors occurred with all scans, or only select targets? Have you been able to scan anything yet with this installation? Are these scans using a Login Macro or not, meaning are these errors perhaps indicating trouble with the Macro or are they just having errors with managing the basic state of browsing the sites?
You may need to contact HP Fortify Support (support.fortify.com) to truly correct this. If you are an evaluation user you cannot use those resources, but contact your HP Sales representative and they should have an engineer who can serve as your "Support" during the evaluation period.
