How to return call to auto attendant after press wrong extension?
After clients press extension number[wrong number] AA forward call to IPT and terminate call.

If you use the option Bridge Transfer instead of Transfer to Phone, then if the caller dials an invalid extension, it should return the call to the Auto Attendant.
You may need to increase the number of minutes on the Virtual Calling Card for the Auto Attendant mailbox, since using Bridge Transfer uses the minutes from the Virtual Calling Card. It is also recommended to change the number of digits on the Virtual Calling Card (Outdial Options in the web interface) to the number of digits in your extension numbers.

Hello, I need to set up an auto attendant on a VCX MSR 30-40, with the following software version: 9.8.15 VCX Connect.
What is the procedure to configure? Or a manual where I can guide?
