When a customer has finally jumped through all the hoops and spent large amounts of time convincing HP that a problem is actually a defect in QTP which requires an enhancement, why does it take HP so long to implement a fix. These are critical issues for the customer who may be blocked from implementing automation because certain functionality is not supported by the tool. Case in point, the enhancement request below has been sitting with HP Dev for nearly 2 years.
