UFT 11.5 Concurrent License Error

I use UFT 11.5 with concurrent license type. There was not a problem before I install an update of UFT_00044. After I have installed this update, I got an error that says "you don't have a valid license on the computer". However another client machine that is on the same network with my computer is able to connect to license server and open UFT. Also, I can successfully set the license type and connect to the server but I cannot open UFT. Anyone who knows about this problem? 

Below you can find the snapshots about the error. (I uninstalled the update but nothing changed.)
