.Net Application does not invoke when QTP 11 is open with .net Addin enabled

We have a .Net Application built on .net 3.5 Framework which also uses Infragistics 2009 v2.

We are attempting automation POC on this application using QTP 11 along with .Net & WPF(Silverlight) addin.

The issue we are facing is that the application does not invoke when we have QTP open with both .Net & WPF(Silverlight) addin enabled. Hence we are not able to make much progress.

The application gets invoked and is sluggish in case QTP is enabled with only one of these addins(.Net or WPF addins).

With just the .Net addin, the objects in the application are not getting identified.

With just the WPF addin, the object are getting identified but their is no object hierarchy and all child objects in the application are getting displayed under the main window as child. Think this will get fixed once the issue with the both addins is fixed.

Can anyone advice how to get this fixed.

Sorry for replying to this old post...but did you get any resolution? I'm facing the exact problem. The WPF application crashes as soon as I spy or try to record the controls on the wpf window.

There are recent  QTP 11 patches for .NET and SilverLight.

QTP_00709 - Updates for HP QTP 11.00 and

QTPNET_00051 - Enable Testing for Silverlight 4 Apps

Try it out and see if it works
