We ordered three additional licenses for QTP 11. The support person is asking for a locking code. I sent over what it was 3 years ago, thinking it has not changed. I don't know the qtp license server side, nor is my engineer that familiar with how to find the locking code. What are the steps to get the locking code and should we enter a new ticket, as I haven't heard from HP support for a long time.

You can collect the locking-code by running the micdetect report.
You can download the micdetect report from the kb article below:
Run the micdetect directly on the license server machine.
Open the report, at the end you will see the locking-code.
