DLL Error

While loading HP UFT an error is displayed as "The program can't start because layoutdll12oem.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this issue?

I have downloaded a trial version if UFT and I'm using Windows 7 operating system, is that a constraint?

Please help me try resolving the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Re: DLL Error

Hi Sara,

I don't see any information related to UFT and that dll  since dll belongs to operating system and not to UFT.

The error message said dll missing so  I recomend you to search  download a copy of the missing DLL file from working computer with same operating system, and then paste it in the noworking machien under the same path you found it from thw working machine. When you finish the steps above, reboot your computer and try again.

Best Regards
