I couldn’t open the object repositoryin UFT 11.53 from anywhere ( Not from the test, not from the tool bar).I was not able to open Object Repository manager also. I tried on differnt machines. All the machines have same the problem.
UFT is getting hanged and closed completely every time when trying to open object repository.
What could be the issue? I have attached the error screenshot for your reference.
I am able to open object repository in UFT 11.52 which is installed on another machine.
I really appreciate for the response.

In this case I recommend you to download SP3 again (UFT_00044) then proceed to uninstall SP3 from those machines.
From Add or remove programs select view installed updates and search for the entri SP3 for UFT.
After that install the new downloaded SP3.
With this process you can determine that SP3 you install is not damaged.

You need to add your SAID ( Support Agreement ID) to your HP Passport profile. Once you do that login again to the community and see if you can access the Unified Functional Testing/QTP Support Customer Forum .

I would recomment you to repair the UFT from control panel with full admin access.
and install UFT_00068 patch.
This will fix this issue.
