MPE hardware conversion to HP-UX where?

Where can I find offical documentation about the MPE to HP-UX hardware conversion?
I would like to confirm details on specific processor upgrade from the A6914A N4000 system.

In most cases you don't get a new CPU. You just get a CPU that isn't slowed down by software.

You didn't know that the 110-Mhz CPU in your e3000 is really a 440-Mhz CPU? Yeah, HP really didn't include that in their sales brochures...
