UFT and LoadRunner integration lets you reuse your functional tests for load testing

UFTIcon.pngictb_LoadRunner_Suit_48x48.pngYou can use HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to create complex tests that examine the full spectrum of your application's functionality and API.

You can also reuse UFT tests in HP LoadRunner to test how your application behaves when subjected to different loads.  Simply add the UFT test script to the list of scripts in LoadRunner’s Controller, just as you would with any script created with VuGen, LoadRunner's script generation tool. You can then assign it virtual users and execute it in a load testing scenario.

Check out this post on the HP LoadRunner and Performance Center Blog for the details on how to do this, and get more out of your functional tests.
