Hi ALL,
After FC HBA & caple replacement still the ioscan for disk display NO_HW
eg: its coming for many disk

sdisk NO_HW DEVICE HP OPEN-V
Kindly advice ASAP.

hi,
if you replace the HBA, yor WWN adress is changed so you need to change zoning and on the storage change access for you new HBA.
HP OPEN-V is XP storage.

Start by looking at the hardware paths that appear as NO_HW.
Are they on the same HBA port? Same switch port? Same XP port?
This is the first step to see where the problem is.
