I need help, see if you can help me.
I use to backup the Data protector express basic with LTO 2, we perform copies daily differential and total at the end of the week, all with different tapes, no one of them, I get error 1040. know not referred.
I understand that the problem comes from the LTO2 tape that day, could we format the tape? How can format the tape?

While I was trying to find who actually supports this product, I was googling 'Data Protector Express' and found quite a few artices for Error 1040, you may be able to get some help there
