I have installed HPOM 9.0 on Windows 2012 in 4 different system with different languae. The details are below:
- System 1: OS Language: English HPOM Language: English
- System 2: OS Language: Spanish HPOM Language: Spanish
- System 3: OS Language: French HPOM Language: French
- System 4: OS Language: Germany HPOM Language: Germany
In all the system the HPOM 9.0 installed successfully. However we found that in System 2, 3, and 4 the scheduler & policies are not running. We can create a policy in that system, but the HPOM scheduler is not picking the policies for execution. Also we tried to send messages through opc_message. However non of the message reached to the console.
It will be of great help, if somecan can give some insight if all these 3 languages are supported ? If Yes, how can we debug the issues.

Can you confirm you installed the OMW 9.0 English version on the Spanish/German/French language Windows 2012 servers? If yes then it sounds like you may have a potential defect.
Also as part of installing OMW 9.0 on a Windows 2012 system - you need to first install OA 11.1x agent on the server (you can see details in the OMW_00151 patch). What is the agent that is running on the server? May be updating it to the latest OA 11.13 may help on this issue.

We have installed Spanish version of HPOM on Spanish Windows 2012 DataCenter. Similarly for French & German language. The OA agent installed in our setup was 11.12.009.
I just go through 11.13 OA agent fixes and CRs, but didn't find anything specific to language support.

Can you check if the issue reported in this knowledge article applies to your situation on the non-english machines?
If yes then try the workaround of running the command on the machine
oalicense -set -type EVALUATION "HP Operations OS Inst Adv SW LTU"
After that restart the agent and see if it helps.

We have done all those steps as suggested.
However none of the schedule task is getting executed.
We find all the processes are up & running properly.
Can you tell me what configuration and log we need to check?
