If you are a customer with a support contract, we would like to invite you to join us in either the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum or the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum starting September 19th – 20th, where HP product experts will be online for 24 hours to answer questions regarding:
Topic: Operations Agent Patching and Deployment
Maintaining a large multi-platform environment can be complex with the many deployment scenarios and environment specific challenges that are faced. Come get answers to your Agent upgrade and deployment questions. Get answers to questions such as “What are the differences between 11.05 and 11.11 releases?”; “What are the recent improvements in simplifying the upgrade experience?”; “What are the options for environments with the Windows 2003 platform that is no longer in full support from the vendor?” Our experts from several different HP groups are here to answer your questions.
What is an Online Expert Day?
Online Expert Day is an event when HP product, R&D, support, pre-sales, and professional services team members and other employees join our online forums to answer your toughest technical questions. Expert Days give you a chance to talk directly with the HP Experts.
How do ExpertDay events work?
Starting at 7:00 AM Central European Time ( 01:00 AM Eastern Standard Time), log into to either the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum or the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum and post your questions.
HP Experts will be online for 24 hours in this forum and will do their best to answer your questions. They may need to get some more information from you so please check the box "email me when someone replies." An online conversation will be born!
To participate you do need access to the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum or the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum.
If you don’t have access please add your support agreement ID (SAID) to your HP Passport profile and login again.
