DBSPI can't connect database

I need to monitor oracle database 10.2.0 on AIX 5.3 but I was running "check connection database" tools on OM9. It showed error message:

"Could not load program /var/opt/OV/bin/instrumentation/dbspicao10:
Dependent module /opt/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/lib32/libclntsh.a(shr.o) could not be loaded.
The module has an invalid magic number."

Re: DBSPI can't connect database

Are you running the tool from the Management Server or from a remote console?

Re: DBSPI can't connect database

What is the version of DBSPI?

have you deployed DBSPI related instrumentation on the managed node? if not please deploy then start configuring. if then too that is not working then perform the manual configuration.

Get all the credentials of the DB, oracle home path and listener name with proper syntax add these information on dbspicfg file present on the managed node instrumentation directory. This file is not in the readable format. So use export and import utilities.

Then check the connection from the management server.
