Re: CODA database corruption detected, archiving data in progress ..

Hello,

Can you please follow the steps from:

http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1208518

The folder in windows its " C:\ProgramData\HP\HP BTO Software\datafiles" pleas backup the files before removal and do not delete the sub folders.

In you case its under the folder " D:/OV/OmuAgent/data\datafiles\.."

So the steps should be as follow:

Stop the Agent:

1. Ovc -kill

2. Follow again the steps from:

http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1462268

and as above suggested delete the files from:

The folder in windows its "D:/OV/OmuAgent/data\datafiles " please backup the files before removal and do not delete the sub folders.

3. Start the agent

Ovc -start

Hope this information helps.

Thanks and Regards,

Carlos Pinto

Hello sekar,

I have been researching about this and found a known issue that was fixed deleting the coda.db and restarting the agent.

Coda would come up and doesn´t abort after that .

I hope this helps.

Re: CODA database corruption detected, archiving data in progress ..

Hi,

Apology to interrupt but I need to know how can we fetch data of disk volumes in windows as we are not getting alerts for filesystem after upgrade to OA11.00, I feel data is not collecting for these that is why we are not getting alerts.
As per above KM, it is mentioned that we can fetch data of disk devices.

Thanks,
