Bidirectional Integration between OMI9.x and Remedy

Hi All,

Would like to know, how to integrate remedy with OMi without using Applink adapter? Is there any groovy script or any other way to integrate the same?

Hello,

We will face the same question in a couple of months. We own the Remedy SPI (for OMU), and are not excited about buying another integration software.

Remedy now recommends web services to integrate with Incident Management (which is what Applink does). You should be able to do it yourself (some people use web services to submit and update incidents in our company for their application).
