I have installed TNG(scheduling third part tool) on HP-UX server and during installation it has change some parameter and need a reboot.
After rebooting it din't come up and hangs.
i login to console but not getting any prompt.

When you get to the point of interrupting the boot, do so. You will then want to manually boot the system. At the prompt enter 'bo pri' to boot from the primary drive. When asked 'Interact with IPL?' (or whatever the question you get, say YES.
Then at the next prompt you will want to try booting from your backup kernel.
Hopefully the system boots at this point. Once the system is up you will want to review the TNG documentation and/or installation logs and see what EXACTLY the installation changed.

As you have already figured out, the TNG product has damaged your system.
As Patrick has noted you need to boot off your previous kernel and put that back in place as your boot kernel.
After that its a matter of dealing with the third party software provider.
I'm sure you had good reasons to use this software, but if they can't keep your system stable, you may need to reconsider.

In case of trouble you could recover from an Ignite backup.
I hope you meade one, It is important to make a life boat for this type of situations.
or as Everyone else told you boot of the previous kernel.
