bgssd ?

I have a daemon that was flagged in a security audit, and I have no idea what it is.
Any help appreciated. It was flagged as a daemon with an invalid path.

Service Protocol Uid Executable name
==============================================
bgssd tcp 527649 /etc/bgs/SD/bgssd.exe

Any idea why it was flagged or what it is?
UNIX IS GOOD
