EVAperf Errors Failed to get list of vdisks. ERR:0B-927D0 (CVCLIENT) Unknown [URGENT!!!]

Any one knows how to solve this problem?
I did evaperf fnh . But when I run evaperf all, I found this errors and I can't get the complete result/table,
Some result/table are printed well.

Below is the error details :

C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\EVA Performance Monitor>evaperf fn

Hi Arie,

I had the same issue recently.

"evaperf fnh admin"
- enter admin password

"evaperf fn" will then work correctly.

how many EVA are you managing for the CV EVA server? if multiple, try running the evaperf against one EVA at time

whats the version of CV EVA?

please ensure you have CIM Object manager service running OK. I have seen Evaperf depends of SMI-S layer, at time we saw CV can run fine without SMI-S at a functional state.
