windows 2000 and duplex printing hp4000 +4050

do hp 4000 and 4050 support duplex printing in windows 2000 os environment. if so what drivers should i use? users could duplex print when using nt but since we upgraded to 2000 they no longer can..any help is greatly appreciated..

Hi Bob,

For Windows 2000, you'll need to go into the Properties of the printer and tell the driver that the printer has a Duplexer. Make sure you're using the most recent drivers.

hi dion, thanks for your reply the pcl53 driver worked perfectly for duplexing and correctly prints pdf documents..thanks again.
