Timeout while deploying package SP1 for Win 2008 R2

Dear all,

We are trying to deploy Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, as a package in HPSA.

We are finding that some servers are failing the remediation, when the package is still in the process of installing after 45 minutes.

When this happens, we see that the service pack is installed, but subsequent items in the policy are not processed. For example, the server is not rebooted, and any post-install scripts in the policy are not run.

We end up with this:

Start time:
Wed Aug 28 02:36:31 2013
End time:
Wed Aug 28 03:21:31 2013
Action:
Install
Install Output Message:
The requested operation is successful. Changes will not be effective until the system is rebooted.
Install Return Code:
3010

Where is this 45 minute time limit configured, and how can it be changed?

Many thanks.

Adam.
