Reg SA Installation

Hi

I need to install SA 9.1 in an test environment. But i need to create the SA only for managing and patching [Not OS Prov and SW support]. I had a confusion on the needed binaries from the total package. Whether I need to import the below packages into my server.

SA_OS_Prov

SA_upload

SA_sat_base

Moreover, I couldn't meet the pre-requirements by missing the package sysstat. [Not installaing, issue with OS]. Whether it will cause.

[ Edited ]

iirc the install does the pre-req check, and the server must meet all requirements.

also, you will need do to the software upload at the end to complete the installation of the product.

provisioning and sat can be skipped...

Re: Reg SA Installation

What OS version are you running on this server?

uname -a output

NFS2 is the filesystem type your system appears to be using.

Swap: you should be able to determine that from a kernel parameter.
