Manual software registration is getting failed (bs_software.bat)

Hi All,

Trying to register software manually by running bs_software.bat file, but getting failed after some time.

Error is showing "MBSA_ERROR_AGENT_ERROR" .. can anybody please help???

do your agent logs show anything? typically, there'll be some kind of error logging done there, either in the agent log or the agent error.

Have you run a communication test from the core out to the managed system?

You might consider checking whether "Automatic Updates" service is started in the server.
