I was told there is a process for this, but I have been unable to find it.
Since vsphere 5 is not managed by Opsware, one of the engineers I work with 'cloned' (using virtual center) a working guest. He cloned this machine to 100+ servers. Since the original server was provisioned with Opsware, there was already an agent loaded on this machine.
I understand now opsware sees this agent as a duplicate.
Short of uninstalling the agent and re-installing it - is there a better way to resolve this issue?
