I ran ./import_media in the SA server. Everything seems OK as there are not error showing during the importing process. But somehow I could not see the Software Tab in my SA Web Client.
Anyone experience this before?
FYI, my SA is running on 9.10. I'm in the midst of downloading the patches to upgrade it to 9.15

SA 9.15 has a lot of fixes in place compared to SA 9.10, so please upgrade and report back to us to see if you still see the issue..
