Re: Number of Days Password Expiration Warning: Default?

Hmm, isn't it 5 days before exiration? I don't see it documented. The default expiration is 90 days by default. TO be changed by changing the default record.

fwiw,
Hein.

You may find the note on LGI$EXPIRATION_WARNING_DAYS on
http://www.parsec.com/openvms/undocumented.php?page=4

of interest.

5 days as documented in the User manual section
1.8.1 Expired Passwords

Re: Number of Days Password Expiration Warning: Default?

Ok..then its 5 days. I have the password change interval set to 30 days though from the 90 days given by default as required by my company.

Thanks. I will continue reading though through that doc.

Is there a PDF version of this documentation though?

I really need this in a PDF format.
