Scanned text is smaller than original when it is printed out

I have a HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-in-One Printer/Scanner/Fax.  When I scan a document in pdf format, and then print the scanned document, the printed text and overall size of the printed area is slightly smaller by about 5-10% than the original document that was scanned.  My scan settings are set for a Scale size of 100%.  I don't know what is causing this.  I need the scanned document to print at the actual size of the original.  Any help would be appreciated.

When you click print for the pdf the print dialogue box that comes up has several options...In the 3rd box down on onthe left hand side look for "page scaling"...set this to none...then print your document.
